We want you to be fully satisfied with your online purchase. If you are not, returns are easy. Returns by mail must be received within 20 days of the original purchase date indicated on your receipt. All returns are subject to verification of original sale and returned item(s) must be in their original, sealed (unopened) package. Carefully pack the item(s) being returned along with a copy of the receipt and Return Authorization Number. Ship to address indicated above (Attention: RETURNS).

Email hometownarts@hometownartsinc.com to receive a Return Authorization Number. Returns cannot be processed without a copy of the original receipt and a Return Authorization Number.

Refunds (excluding shipping and handling charges) will be applied to the debit or credit card account used for the original purchase. Please allow up to two (2) billing cycles for your refund to post to your account.
